Learning to Change: ICT in Schools

This report examines educational possibilities arising from the Internet which strive to bring together the school, the home and the wider community. It is designed for students and teachers and explores how information and communication technologies (ICTs) can assist in teacher professional development. This publication also includes the views of students who use ICT in their own learning as well as their experiences within the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) international network.
